My Approach
As a PhD scientist, nutritionist, wife and mother to 2 young boys, I aim to to be grounded in science, informed by traditional practices, and understanding of the realities of life. Change can feel intimidating (or downright impossible) to fit into our already busy lives. I focus on simple, consistent, and incremental change to get you real results. No complex meal plans, no restrictive diets or cleanses, just real-life holistic nutrition. I offer a variety of nutrition services so you can tailor your nutrition journey to what you need right now — from educational materials, targeted workshops, or 1-on-1 meetings.
